Same exact thing. Speeds are normal now. Thanks for the USBTreeView app. I am not sure if this a design issue or a by design when using USB-A to USB-C cables.

Does anyone know if a USB-C to USB-C cable will work and NOT have this issue on a Windows PC? My motherboard (ASUS Z270) has a USB-C port.
