Mark, I feel like such an idiot. I WAS pressing the wrong button. Apparently I was pressing the lock button, NOT the reset. All is okay now. I'm reset and reformatted. Sorry for the stupidity....

What could be wrong? I initially had fairly predictable results with Drobo. I had 4-500Gb drives installed. That resulted in not enough. So I recently replaced 2 500Gb's with 2 1Tb drives. So total 3Tb....
